step-by-step  

  this  is  what  i managed to  save  from  the psd  file , not  very interesting  cause  i lost  the more  important part which was  the  initial process.

it was a bit long and complex , a lot  of  mode and  colors playing, i had  to do  some flattening in order  to work  comfortably  after  ,  any way  hope  this was  useful  for  your learning  even if it's not too much.

next  time  i'll my best try  to avoid flattening the  layers :D
