i couldn't save all the steps for this one, it was done entirely on photoshop ,no 3D , the lasso tool was used extensively , anyway at the beginning i was aiming to do a full cityscape concept but i realized after that it was not working really well , too much shapes make the eye uncomfortable , so i decided to make a larger rest area and i got this beautiful scenery as a result .
